Fix for Dash Cam suction mount that loses suction

I’ve had pretty good luck, I wet mine and then stick it on, clamp the lever and I get one full month of suction out of it each time. Also in case it falls I route my power cable that goes into the dash cam over my rearview mirror so that if it does lose suction the dash cam won’t come crashing down onto my gear shifter, it just stays up by the rearview mirror to avoid damage.
