focus check and strange "noise" on video

Hi guys, I am new around here, name is Alex.
I just got my Xiaomi Yi 22l, latest stock firmware.

I can't tell I am really pleased with the video quality, looks blurred and pixelated but I am not sure if its normal, could you please give me your opinion? adding dropbox links (to download change to dl=1 at the end of the line)

Do I need focus?
Can you see that strange noise I am getting on the video? like another layer of statics.
In a bit lower light (very well lighted room) the noise gets very strong, and 720p 120fps (for example) becomes unbearable.

Please help me, I need this camera to work in two weeks from today, its extremely important for me.

Is it really focused? specially the left side?
Can you see the pixelization and noise I am talking about?
