For 2012 Dashcam, this looks excellent. Any idea what cam it may be?

Dident DOD use the same yellow stamping at one time ?
 
2 years later the uploader replaced it with a G1W-C
 
One of his other videos from around the same time has the filename as the video which is yyyymmdd_hhmmss_n.mp4 which was a Blackvue naming convention I think for normal videos (as opposed to event, parking manual etc) so seems it was a single channel Blackvue from that era (the dual channel added f & r for front or rear footage) :)
 
There was a lot of okay 1080p cameras around in 2012, i was on my Lukas LK.7500 back then, worked just fine,,,, still do, but it do have that little artificial sharpening many Lukas cameras have.

parked is when the Blackvue does its best work, it all falls apart once they're moving
