Format problem

I have the A119v3 PURCHASED 2019
I have a 64gb Sandisc ultra micro card, 2019
When I turn ign on it says format card. (has only just started doing this today)
I push the Menu button, but nothing happens.
On my computer I have formatted with SD card Formatter, but when SD is in the camera it says format sd card.
I plug the camera into the comp' & the camera says Please format the Micro SD card.
But it does nothing. Pushing the Menu button just says the same thing seems not to want to go into Menu.
I fully understand I must be doing something wrong.

I have now changed the 64gb for a new 32gb Sandisk, tried 2 of them.

What is the format of the 32Gb card ?

FAT FAT32 NTFS

Windows will let you format a 32Gb card to FAT32 that should allow the dashcam to recognise and format it.

Also done on the comp' Fat32 with Windows 10

I would try a non SanDisk Ultra card.

Agree. I was also thinking about checking that all the contacts are clean and the card is inserting correctly, fully.

OK all back working.
I left it alone for a couple of hours & wallah all working.
As I had new SD cards I made sure the terminals were cleaned.
I think the camera didn't like being fiddled with but all sorted.... (for now)
