Fox-offer supposedly "support" is useless.
I have tried numerous emails/messages to their 'support' link and they do not reply.
Even trying to log-in into my account on Fox-offer takes numerous times efforts before I can log in.
Now, I can not log in at all - probably because they have cut my account off because I want some resolution to my faulty Mini 0803.
My recommendation is to not buy fro Fox-offer because they do not stand by their product - they take your money but are useless with support to their so called product.
If they were in Australia they would have penalties put on them as a result.
Stay clear of Fox-offer, you have warned not only by me but many others with similar complaints.
