Frozen Garmin Dashcam 55

Hi
Can anyone help. Retrieved 2 year old camera from storage to fit into new car. Recharged and frozen. Followed Garmins instructions to the letter on line and still frozen. Connected to my Applemac and still frozen. All their instructions are on the assumption that you can open settings etc which I can’t. All I am getting when switching camer on is the Garmin trademark. Appreciate any advice

Happened to me once.
Take the SD card out.
Power it on.
Hold power button for 12 seconds for factory reset.
