Hello

Just bought Git2 and found bug with WiFi mode and lost 1 hour of video by that :( No matter if auto enable WiFiis enabled or manually switched on, then video is self recording. It will record till camera with turn off self (depend how many minutes is set in options). I had 3 minutes, so my video is 3 min. long. LCD turn off time I had set to 1 min.
Steps to reproduce:

- set camera off option to 3 min
- set auto enable WiFi to ON
- power off camera
- power on
- video will automaticly record to max 3 min. After 3 min. camera switch off.

Another bug is in translation to Polish language. Go to video settings, motion detection. Icon show disabled, but on top is message: Włączony (in english it mean Enabled). It should be "Wyłączony" (Disabled).

Please test WiFi bug because is very annoying.

Too many ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
are you sure it was recording, the auto off function applies when the camera is in standby (not recording), don't know that it would auto record just by power on when on battery

I'm sure. I had reproduce it at home. Video is recording because I can play/download it after power off camera and red diode blinking on front. Camera "thinks" that is not recording while it recording and auto off after 3 min (I had 3 min. off time). Also to stop recording I must power off camera or disable WiFi by hold WiFi button for long time.
Please do steps what I did and You will see :) I'm using Polish language in Git2. Maybe it matter?
Here is video:
Just uploaded, so after few min will be in 720p quality

Many people (i've seen many on youtube for instance) misunderstood the Auto Off option.

Not to mention the FW Upgrade procedure.
Don't understand. What I can misunderstood here? Auto Off mean Auto Off after some time. Please check my video for better understand problem. As I said, recording is automaticly starting when I power on camera with auto enable WiFi ON and I cannot stop it. Camera do recording but firmware "thinks" that is not in recording mode and power off after time set in Auto Off option.

There is no auto record on power on in menu. It's only auto record, when I enable WiFi manually or WiFi enable is set to ON. When I do not touch WiFi then all working perfect. I use WiFi to check video output at phone to set correct camera angle. I mount camera in place where I can't see what's in on LCD :)

I had not used app, phone etc. Just operate camera. Even if will be paired and start recording then is okay for me. Problem is that Camera POWER OFF (I not mean LCD OFF, but camera power) self after 3 minutes while recording. My firmware is 1.6 (specified in post topic). 1.6 FW was already when I bought camera.
Do Your camera also start recording when You switch WiFi ON?

Problem solved. I did default setting in menu and now camera is working as it should :) Only one thing I noticed. While WiFi is ON record button do not start recording, but I think it's normal in WiFi ON mode.
