[G10W] Firmware update

Hi,

I really need your help guys.

I have (most probably) G10W cam, it is based on Novatek 96550 and looks likes this:

It shuts down randomly and effectively does bot work. IT Has firmware 2014.0123.

I was trying to update IT with G1W firmware since its probably the same internals but bigger LCD but without success. Now please help meble how to upgrade it with a newer/older firmware or preferably update it with DOD system?

I would be very grateful for any help!

Hardware is possibly similar but long odds of finding a suitable firmware from some other model

hi, thanks for the reply. well if that probably isnt possible can someone at least try to point me at right direction how to find even the same firmware as the camera already have to update it? or even older?

OR tell what name of the firmware file it should have to update? like "FWDM800H" for G1WH ?

best to ask the seller, it's a non branded product, they are very hard to find firmware
