I understand that you are having difficulties in completing your payments.
I have spent time investigating your account and it appears that you have already cm pelted your payment to payment@gearbest.com amounting to $86.98 on 21 December 2014.
On 22 December 2014, you have tried to send another payment of $85.99, however our internal security system has prevented your payment from completing. This may be the case; I can make sure that there is nothing wrong with your PayPal account and is set properly to send and receive payments.
To rectify your concern, I have made necessary adjustments to your PayPal account which may possibly allow your payment to go through. You must try sending the payment again in the last 4 hours. Also, I suggest that you access your account in a secured spot/computer/location in order to minimize the possibility of the payment to be blocked. In line with this, we still do not guarantee a successful transaction.
To help provide our customers with the safest online payment service, we here at PayPal review every single transaction that passes through our system before it is approved. This being said we have to sometimes limit funding options. We may even from time to time stop a payment altogether.

She told me that you can place an new order now and we will guarantee a successful transaction since your account has been verified. You orders were placed in Dec. 2014, and it's been frozen until Jan. 2015 after it passed risk control. To help you get the money from the third-party payment platform smoothly, we charged you and then refund you the money back to you 3rd. Feb 2015.
