More than I can review. ;)
Just received G90 dashcam from Gearbest.
With expedited shipping, it was delivered very quickly.
Less than 5 days from Singapore to USA via Hongkong counting weekend. Kudos to Karen @ gearbest.

Here is product link: http://www.gearbest.com/car-dvr/pp_33655.html
EDIT: Now it's on sale @ $69.98 after coupon code BL950.
http://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/gearbest-com-has-g90-bl950-for-69-98-after-coupon.6729/

The actual product box was inside a brown cardboard box that was in a DHL packet.
Came in perfect condition except some scuffs on the external DHL plastic packet that is expected.
The box doesn't mention G90 anywhere on it.
It just has Car Camcorder and specifications printed.
It came with the dash cam, mount, car charger and usb cable.

I'll add pictures of the product/box later.

I had it in the car today morning with HDR off.
It has the same audio issue as other G90's though.
C600 has very low volume but I can clearly hear/understand NPR radio on it but G90 has breaks/vibrations on the sound and very hard to understand anything.
It's like when you record a video outdoors in the wind.
I have to get better firmware and see how much difference that makes in audio.

It is not a fair comparison against my C600 but man what a difference!
Colors are more natural, sharp and lots more detail compared to washed out colors in C600.

Even when the Sun is right in front, G90 is very clean and can read street signs and names easily.
It's still hard to read license plate in front due to dashboard reflection in that area and due to the Sunlight shining on the windshield imperfections (I have many sand sparkles on windshield that shines on direct light).
When the Sun is on the right, G90 has more dashboard reflection on that side than the C600.
May be due to wider FOV.
Polarizing filter should clean it.

Also, it is with HDR OFF. I'll test with HDR ON and see how that handles direct sunlight.
BTW, there is no indication of HDR off or on on the file properties that I can find so need to remember when I had it on and when I had it off. Hmmm...
Will post videos later after driving around different conditions.

I realized that I had it pointed little higher so need to point it down.

Here are few screenshots from windows media player.
My work monitor is not 1080p so it may not be as clear as if I grab frame at full resolution.

G90: Mountains, shrubs and trees are clean, clear and natural color just like I see.

C600:
20140722-c600-screenshot-1-png.6346

G90: Handles sunlight much better.

C600:
20140722-c600-screenshot-2-png.6347

G90: Handles sunlight much better. The green signboard is green and can make out something is written there.
20140722-g90-screenshot-3-png.6342

C600: Green signboard looks dark and no writings can be seen on C600.
20140722-c600-screenshot-3-png.6348

G90: Can read writings on the far lane truck easily.
20140722-g90-screenshot-4-png.6343

C600: No can do.
20140722-c600-screenshot-4-png.6349

G90: Can read license plate on the left.
20140722-g90-screenshot-5-png.6344

C600: Not easy to figure out license plate.

It's looking very good.

I'm still waiting on G1WH that I ordered from Gearbest before the G90 but without expedited shipping so it's taking its time.
I'll do a comparison against G1WH once it gets here.
More later...

Same screenshots as above...

hi Sunny, tks for making the comparisions between G90 and C600.
Although it is not a fair comparison, one is Ambarella A7, one is NTK96220, but this make people easily to understand
what is high-end dash cam, what is A7, what is G90. ;)

Regarding the sound, as mentioned before, it is the problem from the first batch of mass production, what we can do is to improve it a bit better by firmward,
cannot 100% solve it. But from the second batch MP, there is no such problem.
I'll upload videos from second batch soon.

Okay so that brings this question.
Is it possible to replace the faulty mic with the one that works better?

Also, it doesn't stay on battery power.
As soon as it starts up, it displays 'Goodbye' and shuts down.
Is it something with menu settings?

Here is my firmware. It doesn't say anything so not sure what it has.
It could be initial or somewhat later version.

G90 vs G1WH. --> winner is easily G90.
With initial firmware:
Filename is by date time in G90 (2014-07-24-08-48-19) while G1WH files just have number (12430015).

Filesize for 3 minute clips: G90 @ 348mb; G1WH @ 282mb.
Total Bit rate: G90 @ 15378kbps; G1WH @ 12389kbps.
Data rate: G90 @ 14992kbps; G1WH @ 11877kbps.
Audio bit rate: G90 @ 385kbps; G1WH @ 512kbps.
Audio Sample rate: G90 @ 48kHz; G1WH @ 32kHz.

Physical size:
G1WH is much wider than the G90.
20140724_085245-jpg.6401

Sorry for terrible reflection.
20140724_085413-jpg.6387

Charger is exactly same for both.
The two on the right.

20140724_085229-jpg.6385

Focus:
G90 has uniform sharp and crisp focus while G1WH has soft focus on the lower right area.

Colors:
G90 all the way. Very natural, very bright and crisp.
G1WH looks slightly washed out in comparison.

FOV: G90 has more in the view. Objects in G1WH look closer as it doesn't have as wide angle as G90.

Details:
G90 has much more details than G1WH.
If you check screenshots, road and tree etc... patterns are very crisp and sharp in G90 compared to G1WH.

Against sunlight:
G90 handles sunlight better.
Green signboards appear green even with the Sun in front in G90 while G1WH washes the color out and makes it very dark.

Audio: G1WH has smooth audio while G90 has choppy audio spikes.

Conclusion: G90 is very natural, crisp and clear video.
Except in audio, everything goes to G90.
Looks like Ambarella A7 is clearly better than NT96650.

Wow, thanks OP for this nice review. It is a good way to let us know more about G90. ;)

Do you have any night video and sunny to shady videos?

I haven't had chance to drive at night but here is a small clip of sunlight to shadow under bridges.
It adjusts to different lights almost instantly.
Very good.

Evening time screenshots.
G1WH has fuzzy right side. I need to check if my finger print or smudge is there.

I found that there is some blue tint on the top right corner of G90 videos, specially when the Sunlight is on that side.

G90:

G1WH doesn't have blue tint but it's not that sharp in that area either:

G90: Sharp in all areas:

G1WH: Right lower corner not sharp even with upgraded Seezeus GT300 firmware:

-- Yes. We changed from the second batch.
Upgraded to trunk: svn r328 and now it stays on with battery so one issue resolved even though battery doesn't last more than few minutes.
BTW, menu has 'Meter Mode Setting'.
What's best there? It was on center but I usually use average in my DSLR camera so should it be average?

I would like to know that what meter mode does really - does it matter what setting you choose?
Other thing Sunny, is your FPS now 25 or 30, you can check that from video resolution setting page?

Well in DSLR, metering is the way how light exposure is calculated.
It's different for portraits vs landscape pictures.
For dashcam video, I'm not sure what's best. This option was not there in other cameras so just asking what's the best.
Doreen should have the answer.

Overall bit rate increased from 15.8mbps to 19.5mbps even though video and audio bit rate is unchanged???
How's that possible?
May be I need to take longer video for proper data.

This properties is from Mediainfo.

As for files, here is before with initial firmware.

Maybe it would be best to use every three metering mode choices for a day and then try to figure out what looks best to you, i think it might be different depending are you driving mostly in city or countryside, high buildings can change sunlight very fast.
Thanks for checking framerate, i had some strange FW that had set framerate to 25, now i loaded r328 again and now it is ok 30.
