- More than I can review. ;)
Just received G90 dashcam from Gearbest.
With expedited shipping, it was delivered very quickly.
Less than 5 days from Singapore to USA via Hongkong counting weekend. Kudos to Karen @ gearbest.
Here is product link: http://www.gearbest.com/car-dvr/pp_33655.html
EDIT: Now it's on sale @ $69.98 after coupon code BL950.

The actual product box was inside a brown cardboard box that was in a DHL packet.
Came in perfect condition except some scuffs on the external DHL plastic packet that is expected.
The box doesn't mention G90 anywhere on it.
It just has Car Camcorder and specifications printed.
It came with the dash cam, mount, car charger and usb cable.
I'll add pictures of the product/box later.
I had it in the car today morning with HDR off.
It has the same audio issue as other G90's though.
C600 has very low volume but I can clearly hear/understand NPR radio on it but G90 has breaks/vibrations on the sound and very hard to understand anything.
It's like when you record a video outdoors in the wind.
I have to get better firmware and see how much difference that makes in audio.
It is not a fair comparison against my C600 but man what a difference!
Colors are more natural, sharp and lots more detail compared to washed out colors in C600.
Even when the Sun is right in front, G90 is very clean and can read street signs and names easily.
It's still hard to read license plate in front due to dashboard reflection in that area and due to the Sunlight shining on the windshield imperfections (I have many sand sparkles on windshield that shines on direct light).
When the Sun is on the right, G90 has more dashboard reflection on that side than the C600.
May be due to wider FOV.
Polarizing filter should clean it.
Also, it is with HDR OFF. I'll test with HDR ON and see how that handles direct sunlight.
BTW, there is no indication of HDR off or on on the file properties that I can find so need to remember when I had it on and when I had it off. Hmmm...
Will post videos later after driving around different conditions.
I realized that I had it pointed little higher so need to point it down.
Here are few screenshots from windows media player.
My work monitor is not 1080p so it may not be as clear as if I grab frame at full resolution.
G90: Mountains, shrubs and trees are clean, clear and natural color just like I see.
C600:
G90: Handles sunlight much better.
C600:
G90: Handles sunlight much better. The green signboard is green and can make out something is written there.
C600: Green signboard looks dark and no writings can be seen on C600.
G90: Can read writings on the far lane truck easily.
C600: No can do.
G90: Can read license plate on the left.
C600: Not easy to figure out license plate.
It's looking very good.
I'm still waiting on G1WH that I ordered from Gearbest before the G90 but without expedited shipping so it's taking its time.
I'll do a comparison against G1WH once it gets here.
More later...
