Getting mad at my B1M camera

ok I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have updated firmware on a 32g card just like a different thread. Format fat32 with update on website let it do its thing, Check to make sure firmware is correct, It is , remove the card and reformat card and install to camera, Works for about 10 minutes and then DVR starts beeping and beeping and doesn't stop till I pull the plug on power Lights flashing but wont connect back to phone then. What am I doing wrong?

Two possible reasons for beeping:
1 Rear camera video signal was lost! Check rear camera cable connectors, unplug and plug rear camera cable back into the extension cable and the DVR unit;
2 Change to a new memory card! DVR unit sounds beeping when it detects a failed card or its rear camera video signal lost!
