Git2 Start/Stop button is no longer working....please help !

The Start/Stop button of my Gitup Git2 is no longer working, not even the red lamp is coming on.
The other 2 red lights are OK, & yes I can put the camera on & off.

But I can no longer record videos.
Refreshing the firmware didn't help.

Any help, maybe from the Gitup team?

I am based in Malta & bought it off Amazon.
