GITUP g3 duo ISO issue

camera settings
shutter speed manual
1/250 or 1/500

ISO auto

all other parameters are default.

pictures are always dark even while taking in broad daylight. when i check the ISO value in the picture is always less than 100. the camera does not adjust the ISO based on the light conditions.
i need the shutter to be 1/500 for my application
i have tried in 3 different GIPUP g3 duo cameras. all of them have the same issue.

I think you might have to set the ISO yourself once you have the shutter in manual.
Alternatively, increase the light level, which should give a better quality image compared to increasing the ISO.
