Hello, I've had a problem with both my RoadHawk HD dash cams showing the wrong date and time (Always April 2000 or April 2034), despite getting good GPS signal. I suspect this relates to the global GPS satellite reset last April. I've tried everything I can do (changed SD cards, reset to factory settings, verified the right time zone, changed the power cords, changed the external GPS receiver, etc. ). I sent one unit back to the US distributor, ASTAK, who said they did software upgrade, but it did not help at all. These are obviously legally worthless with the wrong date and time. Does anyone know of a fix? Thanks!

if they lose the time, that's a hardware issue, if the time changes due to the GPS bug that can be hardware and/or firmware issue, whichever it is it's on the manufacturer to sort that out
