Hello all, with all the wacky drivers, I've always been intrigued with having a dashcam. I started out with decent inepensive models on Amazon. I've dedicated a 12v plug in my truck for this device to capture not only those crazy instances while navigating through traffic, but even those awesome drives that look great when viewing the footage at the end of the day. I was never into the many features of a dashcam until recently. I now find parking mode and cloud connectivity to be fascinating. So I picked up a Blackvue DR900X 2ch with the lte module. I hardwired it up in my truck using the OB2. As for constant power concerns, I have a 90-watt Cascade 4x4 vehicle specific solar panel on the hood of my truck that keeps my car battery charged up.
