GS2000 dont want to turn on

My camera dont want to turn on when I press the power button , but the camera turn on when she plugged to the car.
But I can turn it off via the button, The problem is that the camera is on only when it is attached to the car cigarette lighter, If I connect the car camera with USB connection is still dont turn on.
Camera or settings problem?

I think this forum needs a sticky that explains the difference between the non-standard pinout wiring of the car power supply and the standard wiring of a USB data cable, and why these dash cams behave the way they do.

you'll have to open the unit up and see what it has in there now, probably 3.7v around 300Mah or so but it can vary, you'll need the dimensions to be able to source a suitable replacement as you may be limited in what will fit, if a larger capacity one will fit in the room you have I'd be inclined to go that way, something around 450Mah would be most suitable if you have the room
