My Shadow Recorder GT550ws is only five weeks old. When you turn it on, the musical tones sound repeatedly every few seconds and there's only a snowy screen. I have reset with the pin hole and removed the micro SDHC card and reset, but the camera will not boot. Any other suggestions? I have emailed e-PRANCE with no reply. Would a reflash help? How do you do this, if recommended? Thank you in advance.
