H.264 vs H.265??? Same file size, same bitrate, same resolution

Taking a video and re-encoding shows savings, those same type of savings during the original encoding just don't happen
 
Yes, you are right, i don't have a dashcam with RAW output or two DR900S' to record both h264 and h265 at the same time. This is just a quick demonstration of effectiveness of the h265, because if you compare the charts... (just play the whole video and you'll see what i'm talking about)

And i'm pretty sure you are aware of the fact how much will such savings(due re-encode) effect an IQ... (which is not the case)
