Hard reset for DOD RC500S - app connection not working

Just wondering, if I am able to do a factory reset on the DOD RC500S without using the app as the app won't connect at all and wifi connection keeps dropping out.

Have tried different phones, each phone can connect to other wifi networks without any issues. Only has issue with connecting to the dash cam itself.

Dashcam is in working order and does record videos etc.
 
I have the same question. Also, I want to format the SD-card without the app, just as BlackVue cams.
 
Or is there a way to access the setting menu of DOD RC500S in the computer via cables rather than Wi-fi?
