Sorry for my bad English 🙂

Just bought the DR750X-2CH Plus and tried hardwiring it with fuse holders.
I confirmed there is full power in the fuse socket for the BATT+ with a multi meter.
Also tried moving my old Power Magic Pro to the same fuses and it works fine with my old DR750S-2CH.
But my new camera keeps turning off, as soon as I turn off the ignition. The battery protection in the BlackVue app is set to off, so I can’t really understand my issues?

I’ve tried installing the camera is our other car, same issue. Shutting off asap. But the old DR750S keeps on recording in both cars with PMP.

I’ve tried 2 other fuses with the same results. Shuts off immediately.

Sound weird.
Lets hope some of the guys with more knowledge of this brand chime in soon.
The battery protection ( OFF ) you mention, i assume that is the low voltage cut off in those cameras, could you try and select some voltage instead of OFF and see what happen then.

Seem like Blackvue are getting a lot of flack lately due to changes in the APP.

The same thing happens :/ That’s why I decided to turn it off in the settings

What are the fuses you are connecting to?

Since you say, the behaviour is similar in the other car, can you go through the settings section once again and also the wiring that you have done for the hardwiring kit.
