Help in getting a new cable.

I'm currently using the Nextbase Duo 720 not the full HD model and I require the short cable that goes from my hardwire kit to the dashcam itself the length of the cable is approximately 11cm or 3 and a quarter inches long, I've looked on the Nextbase website but they are sold out of replacement cables. Any help on where or who sells these cables would be greatly appreciated. Photo of the required cable attached.

Is that a mini usb to mini usb otg lead? Or is there a particular name for that lead?

I was told it was a female mini usb input to a sort of micro HDMI output.
