Help please...No sound

Weird one.....
I've just had my 650 replaced under warranty, installed latest firmware, and now it's not recording (or playing back?) audio.
All the settings are correct, the camera will tell me if 'audio recording is off' or 'starting audio recording'
But not getting anything.
Any ideas?

Did it have sound working before you installed the later firmware? Have you tried looking at the video with a different viewer? Possibly, your camera was replaced with rebuilt model.. that was not fully checked out??

Replacement was factory fresh in a sealed box.
Couldn't check original

Sorted.
It was the playback on my iPhone.
Rebooted phone, and all seems good fingers crossed.
