Hidden SD card

Years ago, I remember seeing a camera system that included several "pinhole" cameras that mounted behind the trim in the cars "A" pillar for inside shots. The included recorder could mount in the trunk or glove box, and had 2 memory cards. One card was hidden, and required disassembly to remove it.
Does anyone recall what system that was, or who made it (Was composite SD video)

Um... as far as I can tell, ES file explorer has nothing to do with the system I am looking for

I have tried one of this 4 channel SD systems, with pinhole cameras it might be allright for use in a bait car, but for dashcam use i feel 80% of what i spent on that system was wasted money.
My DVR dident have 2 SD cards just one in the recorder.
