Hotspot on android

The blue hotspot light is on but it keeps on telling me that my Samsung s8
Is disconnected.
Anyone help

During my initial setup with the Thinkware f800/pro app, I had the same problem because of VPN/ad blocker.

It's as simple as turning them off in your phone. If you have no idea what they are, they are probably not installed in your phone, and something else is causing your phone not to connect to the camera.

In my experience, with my recently acquired F800, I was having this issue as well. However, I was able to nail down what exactly the issue was concerning it not connecting to the hotspot in my Galaxy Note 8.

The answer is to limit the personal hotspot to 2.4 ghz frequencies only instead of having the setting to use 5 ghz frequencies when possible.

I don't have that setting on my S8+. I did manage to connect to it by turning off the allowed devices only selected.
