How can a person tell if a dashcam is really 4K ?

I saw this advert advertising a 4K dashcam but it seems a bit cheap for 4K.
Is there a way to tell if it really is 4k before buying it?

Some lazy photoshopping on the Blackvue logo, and they didn't even bother to remove the Pittasoft logo!

This image has the model number on the quick start guide, the real thing, and includes a power magic pro:

They either got the decimal place out by one position, or it is a scam.
I don't see much reason to trust that particular site!
