How do I view rear camera footage?

Folks - I have BMW Dashcam. I can view recorded footage on the dashcam for both front and rear cameras. But not when I take out the sim and view on my laptop. I use Elmedia player app on Mac to view on laptop. I can see front camera footage fine. Any ideas? Thanks

if both streams are embedded in the one file try using VLC instead
