Hello,

I just bought my first SJCAM, model SJ5000. I can't anywhere find the information how many hours recording I can store on a single 16 or 32 Gb card, in all four rcording modes:
- Full HD: 1920*1080P 30 fps
- 720P: 1280*720P 60 fps
- 720P: 1280*720P 30 fps
- 480P: 640*480P 60/fps

Or, can someone provide an information how many hours per a single gb in each one of these? SanDisk for instance provides a table "Number of hours of Hi-Def Video that can be stored on a SanDisk memory device" but they all relate to number of Mbps - and I haven't got a clue about Mbps speed for my SJ:

Well I thought someone already measured that :)
For Contour cameras such information may be found in the FAQs at their web page, and their Storyteller software provides such information too, but I could not find it at http://sjcamhd.com/
With Contour one may choose between High, Med and Low quality/bit rates for each reqolution, but I don't know how these correspond to SJcam

I found the answer...
Quote: "For 1080p of video, you get around 2hr 20mins on a 16GB memory card.
720p 60fps is about the same, 720 30fps is roughly double that (or 4hr 30 min)."

Only the information for 80p is not available, but I guess it would be 8-9 hrs...

Just the regular sj5000 model? not SJ5000x? This is a good question but each memory card probably has different stats......

Just the regular. Well I suppose there ought to be average times listed somewhere, achieved with a different cards.

There are so many types of cards. this would be an endless task.
