How To Connect To DR650GW-2CH?

Hi All,

Some years ago I seem to remmebr connecting my laptop to the camera? Thought it was connect laptop to camera wifi then type 192.18.8.1 in web browser and there was all the settings??
Doesnt seem to work now or am I missing something?

I think you're missing a digit, the default IP address should be 192.168.8.1

From where have you obtained the camera's IP address? Safest way is to look at the 'connections' (or whatever yours is called) page somewhere in your router's admin stuff.

Is all your network stuff on 192.168.8.xxx? I only ask as I have not come across a router that uses '8' as the third digit before. The only ones I have come across is 192.168.0.x and 192.168.1.x
There is of course no reason that it shouldn't be 192.168.8.x, just unusual. Check the IP address of your computer as a check.

PS. I'm not trying to appear patronising if you are a network guru.
