How to join DVR-207 files on computer

I'd like to join the 10 minute files into a longer clip without re-encoding. What's your favorite software?
Preferably free
 
I use AVS Video editor, - very happy with it.
havn't looked too deep into free video editing software that can handles all video codecs.

I think for anything free there's not a lot of great options out there
 
You can try Avs for free, but it leaves avs watermark for trial version.
After you tried and happy with it, you can buy it.
Its made very user friendly and easy to understand. For money you pay, you get dozen of truly useful programs. Check avs4you.com.
 
Thanks for all the feedback. The files are created by DVR207 in AVC format. Mediainfo is posted below.
I don't think Handbrake can join files without re-encoding. Will try.
