How to know it's "genuine"?

Hello,
still new with the dash cams , I'm researching what dash cam to buy but mobius is so tempting that I'm not sure I can resist :).
I found 2 sources available for me to purchase:
Source #1:

I asked the seller of #1 for some details like version, lens model etc...no answer.
Asked seller of #2 the same... no answer.

Both sellers seems to be in the recommended list for this cam, however, some negative feedback says the cam may be fake...a fake of a Chinese product, I know how it sounds but still.
What should I do? Which one to choose? I will use it mainly for dashcam, #1 seems to be with C or C2 or maybe D lens, #2 seems to be with A2... but I'm not sure at all. Any help/advise from someone really experienced with mobius?

Both of your links are genuine Mobius. The eBay link is the manufacturer's Ebay outlet and the other is Spytec, a well known and trusted seller.

In my opinion it should be sticky or in a sticky FAQ thread.
Source#1 seems to be with the 500mAh battery while Source#2 is with the new bigger bat.

buy from the ebay link, that's the manufacturers own store, their service is very good, nothing to worry about

Too late, I already ordered from the amazon link. I hope I will not regret.
