How to on a map, the View Data from a Dashcam

Ahoy,
I am trying to make some maps of a trip with a Garmin dashcam. Apparently the map viewer is discontinued. Does anyone know how to view the position of the video on a map application that can then export points of interest out?

I'm not that familiar with it but worth investigating.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately the 'codec' is not supported from Garmin in the dashcam viewer and the basecamp doesn't have videos. If you come across something else, please let me know

Did you follow the install instructions?

It requires the installation - for windows- of the codec from k- lite.

Here's a link.
Install it and then install the dashcam viewer.
