How to return mini0805 from Gearbest

I received a mini0805 from Gearbest the day before. It always shuts down after about half an hour, and sometimes it won't power on. I want to return it for a refund, but I couldn't submit a ticket without an order number. I did not received any confirmation email with order number. I tried Paypal transaction ID, but it did not work. What else can I try? Thanks.

Hi Sam, did you manage to figure out a cheap way to ship to China a DOA 0805?

Mine was DOA
I need to pay them $36 to get a new one.
It would be about $50-75 for me to ship the DoA one back and get a full refund.
I guess they have no choice but to do this to deter would-be fake returns.
Anyway they told me tonight that in a few days they will send me a paypal invoice for $36 and once I pay we'll do it all over again.

While this thread is being read by Gearbest, do you GB guys kindly have any suggestions regarding my replacement 0805?
Will it be from the same DOA batch? (ORDER NUMBER W150625102031)
Is there any tiny chance you would mind doing me a big favour and opening mine before shipping and power it one for a while?
