HZZ TM 2.7-inch HD Rear View Mirror Cam - Instructions?

I recently purchased a HZZ TM 2.7-inch HD rear view mirror cam from Amazon. It came without the powercord or an instruction manual. Amazon will refund me $25 if I want to keep the cam. While I can find a cord that will work, I cannot figure out how to set the camera at 1080 resolution and the lower resolution wont identify a license plate unless it is stopped in front of you.

I realize that the Chinese instructions leave much to be desired but if anyone has a copy of the user's manual I would be very happy if you posted a copy. Alternatively, how do you reset the resolution of the camera as I cannot figure it out.

I just bought one from ebay that looks just like it. Not sure if it's the exact model, but here are scans of my manual. Hope they help.

Jason, My belated but sincere thanks for posting the instructions. Do you find that your system interferes with the radio? My radio is horrible at night unless I disconnect the camera.
