Idiot red light runner takes a left from the wrong lane.

This was completely unexpected.
This happened on the way home tonight.

The car that comes up on the right did everything wrong.
2 lanes exist. One can go right, the other can go left.
This idiot driver could be to confused to be safe on the roads.
