First of all , l am a proponent of law and order, as long as it adheres according to the constitution and the bill of rights........but what if some laws works against you.......here is a hyperthetical case example of what might happen. Lets suppose you accidently caught a conversation on your dash cam audio for someone admitting to a gruesome rape and murder of a 10 years old........just for curiosity lets not say how the conversation was caught on audio........there are a number of ways that can happen.....ill leave that up to your imagination . In Florida for example you have to let the other party know or ask if it is o.k to audio recording them, otherwise many cases are not admissible in court. But in this case putting away a lowlife scumbag murderer in jail for life or the gallows for eternity seems all depended on this audio confession. But what if this case is thrown out of court on technicalities due that the defendant was unknowingly aware he/she were being audio recorded !! Just imagine if you are the father, mother, brother, sister or the grandparents of that 10 years old ! .......how would you feel then , what would you really think about those stupid law makers that impose such laws to ban unauthorized audio recordings that include an overwhelming evidence to convict an offender. l guarantee you 100% that if any of us had an audio recordings prior to 911 that would identify the assailants and their evil scheme, then the law makers would view it differently and with open arms, illegal or not . Finally l say to those brainless law makers in these states that implement such laws, go ask that poor little 10 years old what she thinks ?
