Hi folks...probably a simple fix but asking .....for help.
Camera is mounted slightly too high and just misses wiper arc so there is water and dirt in front of it, to start with. But I noticed the images "flares" when passing under street lamps. This "flare" really degrades the image quality. Speaking of which I had it set to 2K. I've now set it back to 4K. Of course the water and dirt isn't helping .
So any ideas. Play with Evaluation metering? I cannot really angle the lens down as it'll just be mostly bonnet. I do know I need to lower the camera so its inside the wiper arc.
Additionally......I noticed the head unit display reflected off the windscreen into the camera image at night! Urgh! So lowering the lens angle will make this worse...maybe not maybe it will now miss it due to incident angle?
The rear image is fine. Attacked are some still showing the issue. No need to try load a big video file.
Any ideas.....or "you fool"...appreciated
Many thanks
edit: settings: Images 2K 60fps, WDR on, Bitrate high, EV set to std, polarize filter on
