Invalid files

I have an 0801 with GPS, no internal memory , 32gb class 10 sd card, firmware 20140428

It will record the first 6-8 clips perfectly on a newly formatted card , subsequent files show on the card but are unreadable both on the unit and pc. The files have the same size as the working ones.

Has anyone got any idea what the problem is and how to cure it ??

Genuine card?

Its a generic card, but I was using it in my mobile phone for 3 mnths previously. I used to use a black box app on my phone and the card recorded hd video with no problems
