iPhone 12 Pro won’t pair!

iPhone 12pro won’t pair with my 522gw and ideas why? I’ve installed, uninstalled, I’ve used QR code method, I tried App Store download method, no joy! Help!!
 
Quite often the issue is that you have to have both devices searching for each other simultaneously.
 
Thanks, I have them side by side both showing connecting!! Dash cam unit says I need app to be installed but I’ve installed, uninstalled and reinstalled app but no joy.
