IROAD IONE-3800FU Viewer crashing when saving settings

Just got this camera, installed the viewer, but when trying to save settings the app crashes, also, its not possible to open the files on the SD card, nothing happens in the viewer when i double click it.
Is there something im missing?

Does anybody know how to update the firmware?
Cant find any info on the net at all...
