Is there a dash cam that offers live view?

I recently purchased the Thinkware F800 Pro based on their 2017 CES promo that gave the consumer the notion that they would offer live "cloud" notification. According to a Thinkware email I received, this is not the case.
So, my question ... is there any cam out there that offers live notification via app, txt, etc... of an incident when a car is parked? Either via a mobile hotspot or wifi?

there's an LG camera that has this function but I don't think it's sold outside of Korea, possibly due to telco network differences among other things
