Is there a dashcam that automatically upload the video into a cloud server?

Was on the news today, two NJ cops got convicted of lying and almost sent an innocent man to prison for 5 years. If not for the second patrol car's dash cam, there would be another innocent man in prison today and two corrupted cops on the street terrorizing civilians.

Anyway, I digress. Is there a dashcam out there that records and uploads the video/file into a cloud server so even if the police were to tamper with the evidence the file is still available in the cloud server?

For example if the video gets disrupted or the camera were forced shutdown the video gets uploaded to cloud.
