Is there any way to set how much time is recorded before an event?

Each time an event is recorded (including manually-triggered events), only 3 seconds is saved from prior to the event. Is there a way to set this to a much longer time, e.g. 30 seconds?

no, it's a limitation of prebuffer

Sure would be a nice feature though. My DR650GW is 5 seconds and the Thinkware 770 is 10 seconds.

Agreed, but if the buffer will only take 3 seconds then.......
To find out, run the 'E' replay and time from the start to the beep?
