they do it, so do most of the Chinese companies selling on Amazon

Just like phone calls, with e-mails i don't respond if i am not 100% sure.
So at least if some one new want to call me one day, i recommend a text or something to advise me, otherwise i am likely to ignore you in you are not in my "list" of contacts.
And saying "its me so and so" don't do much for me cuz anyone can pretty much do that, and i am always expecting my phone and e mail contacts to be breached.
