ITB Player Problem

I reformatted my PC Windows 7 64bit) last weekend and reinstalled the ITB Player v1.3.4.

I have a problem whereby the map is missing from the bottom RH corner of the player and I keep on getting a black square on the screen, (see picture) I click the X in the top RH corner and it comes another 2 times before going away.
This square comes back anytime I try to do anything in the Player.
I have uninstalled - rebooted - loaded the player as Administrator but nothing changes, I have even gone back to the original Player that came with my Dash Cam.

Can somebody shed any light what maybe causing my problem/s?

I have now the following version of the player and all display the same error:

ITB-100HDE PC Player ver 1.0.0 20120126 Australia.exe
ITB- 100 Player v1.3.2
ITB-100 Player v1.3.4
ITB-100 Player v1.3.5
ITB-100 Player v1.4.0 (currently installed)

v1.4.0 now displays the following error as well

I have changed all the permissions that I can find for the .exe & the shortcut, I have closed down my Malware - AntiVirus programs whilst installing and making changes
to the program .exe, but to no avail.

I had v1.3.2 running on my old PC and never had an issue with it, why now on the freshly loaded Windows 7?

I have loaded v1.3.4 onto my wife's PC with the exact same version of Windows 7 and the program runs perfectly, strange kettle of fish.

My above problem has been solved, this is what I did:

Quit all programs that are running.
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK.
When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.

Reboot PC.

Click Start and type cmd.exe in the Search Window.
When the cmd.exe window opens copy and paste sfc /scannow and click Enter.
When the cmd.exe window closes Reboot the PC.

I then re-installed ITB- 100 Player v1.3.2 and everything works.

Edit: I just bit the bullet and uninstalled ITB- 100 Player v1.3.2 and installed v1.4.0 and everything is still working 100%.
