Jaywalker (or should I say jay runner) literally runs into a vehicle on the vehicles' green light. Police in the vicinity and apparently the cam car had a first aid kit

Could have been one of those Chinese insurance scams.

An incident similar to that is what prompted me to start looking at dash cams. Young girl walking with her face in her phone instead of a young guy running in the rain but with nearly the same result. I sometimes wonder how these people manage to get from sunrise to sunset unaided. :unsure:
