Just a couple of questions

Had my 522 for just over a week now so still getting to grips with it.
I occasionally get a low battery message on the cam, I have it hardwired so I would have thought it’s permanently connected therefore charging
I see that you can upload and view your footage to the nextbase cloud, but having been to the site ,it appears you have to have a code
And, how do you load your footage to the cloud?, I’m sure someone on here can help a technophobe like me...

There’s a nextbase gurus who I’m sure will be able to answer your questions. Reference to the low battery warning, I have this also on my new 422. Put the 422 on charge for at least 2.5 hours in the house then leave it in my van all day at work plugged into a usb lead then at the end of the day it’s flat again? Something not right there

it only charges whilst the ignition is on, might be worth charging it from your pc for a while to top it up, cloud upload is only from the desktop app i believe, so again you'll need to plug the cam into the pc, you can download vids to your phone from the cam.
