From ShpKorea via Ebay as per link from this site
Would like to know from anyone who owns one, any ideas on setup of unit or mounting. Just any options would be appreciated. Yet to have it on hand but just getting ideas.
Also what would be the best SD card to use? I have a 32GB SDHC1 Sony...would that suit. Would like to record my trip to and from work, which is about 40-45mins each way.

I *did* have a thread showing pics here, but Imageshack is not behaving. Don't know what happened to my pictures:

But basically, up behind the mirror, don't put it on tinting / the black stuff where the mirror is mounted.
I used double sided tape to secure, and it's still holding strong 9 months later. Route the power cable along the headliner and down the A-pillar for a stealthy instal with no visible wires.

32GB card should get you around 9 hours of footage, depending on the bitrate. Play around with the calculator here https://dashcamtalk.com/recording-time-calculator/
Sony should be good. Most of us use Samsung. Avoid SanDisk.

We offer a nice 3rd party 360 degree ball socket combo mount. (more flexible than pan/tilt only)

Thanks for that - why do you avoid SanDisk? I bought a 32GB Kingston for a GS8000 I was given recently....this model is made me want a upgrade, hence my new purchase. (I know the GS8000 is not recommended but its been ok so far and I will pass on to someone else when I get my new cam) Hopefully the Kingston will be ok as only have a 4GB and it does not record for long at all.

Ball socket mount sounds good, but probably too expensive to ship to New Zealand
