Lens Superglued

Scrape the glue you can see off and give it a bit of a twist and it will break free and you'll be able to refocus it

Sorry to say...but no, isn't so simple, was glued on screw too, as you can see. So now... Superglue, trouble maker and solution....

Agter glued up, image was blurry... if a half mm can make this difference, and I cannot reduce distance between lens and sensor from top, screwing... I can reduce it from bottom, by file
Now image looks good, I will test on street soon!
