I am working on a development project that requires a dash cam with open enough internals to run custom software directly on the device. Looking for help identifying hardware that meets the
following requirements.

What I Need
- Hisilicon chipset with dedicated NPU (minimum 1 TOPS)
- Linux OS with custom firmware flashing supported
- SDK with direct access to the camera feed programmatically
- Ability to deploy and run custom binaries on the device
- Minimum 4K front camera resolution
- Built-in speaker or buzzer
- Minimum 512MB RAM
- Must operate fully offline — no cloud or internet dependency
- OEM/ODM support preferred

Any leads, experience, or advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Good luck with that, best route for home brew is going to be AHD cams, USB converters and SBC under the dash somewhere. May not get the target 4k resolution but you'll be able to get something working.
